Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Return Period: 30 days from the date of delivery

Eligibility: Products must be new, unused, and returned with their original packaging and all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: Required (order number or invoice)

Return Reason: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Return Method: Mail only.

Exchanges: Available for eligible items.
Return Reasons and Responsibilities

1. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping, we will:

Cover all return shipping costs

Provide a free replacement or full refund

2. Customer Preference/Non-Defective Items

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike, wrong size/color), and not due to product damage or quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunded items will be restocked for a $5.00 restocking fee.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Contact Us:

Please email customerservice@oralispro.com and include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Getting Authorization:
Our support team will provide you with a return address and shipping instructions.
Returning an Item:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it back using your preferred tracking service.
Awaiting Review: Upon receipt, we will review your item for eligibility.

Processing Time:

Refunds
For returned items, we require 1-3 business days to process them after we receive your item.
After that, refunds are processed as follows:
Refunds to PayPal: Up to 48 hours
Refunds to other payment methods: 3-7 business days
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-refundable circumstances

Returns requested after the 30-day period

Items not in original condition (used, worn, or missing labels/packaging)

Incorrect shipping information or failure to accept delivery

Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment without a restocking fee.
